Hi everyone-
I wanted to give you a heads-up and a sincere thank you for all of your support of my concert photography over the 20+ years I have had the privilege of shooting incredibly talented performers. My Madonna shoot last week marked a milestone- it was the 1,000th concert gallery I produced for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution since I began my relationship with Cox Media in 2003. The AJC is running a feature profile story on me this Sunday, January 31, and will be including 25 of my favorite concert photos in print. If you have a spare $3, you can pick up a Sunday paper this weekend. Additionally, they are posting 10 retrospective online galleries spanning my 13 years of concert coverage, plus a couple of video interviews. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has shared my passion and enjoyed my photography over the years. What a blessing to be able to document such incredible musicians and performers for a living. Here's to the next 1,000 galleries, hopefully! The
personal story
is now on an AJC subscription site (MyAjc.com). However, they allow five free visits per month and if you use another browser, you get another 5 for free. There will also be 10 retrospective online galleries spanning my 13 years of concert coverage, plus a couple of video interviews that are linked to in the article. This is all very humbling and a little strange for someone used to being behind the camera, not in front of it! Here's to the next 1,000 galleries, hopefully!
